Private sessions can be beneficial for a few reasons:
It can be easier to focus than in a group setting.
The coach can work on specific areas of attention required.
Players can get more repetitions of skills than they may do in a  group setting.

1-2-1 Coaching can work on specific areas such as confidence, skill & technique, game understanding and fitness.
