In your booking account please make sure you have you have added the 'Centres' you need. A 'Centre' is any location of the club you wish to register for. Go to the menu in your booking system and click on 'Account'. Click on 'Centres', then 'Update centres'. You can then search and add the location of your club. For example if you are booking clubs at Castle Camps Primary School but also go to holiday camps at Samuel Ward Academy, add both centres to your account.
