Holiday Activities & Food Programme (HAF)

We are proud to support Local Authorities in delivering the HAF programme across some of our camp venues. You are eligible to receive HAF funding if your child receives free school meals and you have a 16 digit HAF code supplied by your child's school.

The government will fund a certain number of days at our camps.

We are part of the HAF Network

HAF provides funding to local authorities and childcare providers so that local families in need of additional support have better access to school holiday childcare. This program is extremely important to support children in the following areas:

Have access to healthy eating during the school holidays.

Are safe, socialise and have opportunities to make new friendships.

Take part in enriching activities that can support their development.

Staying Active during the school holidays.

  • What activities will there be at Camps?
Mega Sports & Activity Camps aim to cater for a range of interests. Each Camp will have an Energy Zone and a Chill Out Zone. Each camp will involve a range of inclusive sports and games such as Dodgeball, Hockey, Laser Tag and Nerf. Within the chill out zone you may find arts and crafts, Mario Kart and board Games. Some camps will include some inflatable fun depending on the venue size.
  • Do you publish a timetable of activities?
We don't publish exact timetables of activities. We have such a wide range of activities (100 +) that we try to avoid disappointment of expectation.
  • Do my children need to be toilet trained?
Yes, children need to be toilet trained to attend days at our camp.
  • Will there be inflatables?
We have a wide range of inflatables. We rotate these between the venues to ensure there is usually 1 per day. If your camp is at a smaller venue like a primary school, sometimes we may not be able to fit inflatables in.
  • Do you take SEN children?
SEN children are welcome to our camps. We have many SEN children that attend regularly. It is worth noting however, if your child requires one to one care at school, at this time due to staff:child ratios we cannot cater for them. Please notify us of any SEN needs on registration.
  • Do you accept 4 Year Olds?
Our camps are now only for 5-12 Year olds due to our Ofsted Registration.
  • What does my child need to bring?

    - 5-8 year olds will be grouped together. - 9-12 year olds will be grouped together. There may be exceptions where we group children differently, for example in some instances we can group siblings and friends together.
  • Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, we keep a lost and found area for any misplaced items. Parents are encouraged to label belongings for easy identification.
