Our Young Leader Camps give teenagers the chance to develop genuine life skills while still enjoying the energy and excitement of holiday camps. Designed for 13–16 year olds who want to grow, contribute, and challenge themselves, this programme blends hands-on leadership training with practical experience supporting younger groups. Participants learn communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and event delivery - all within a supportive environment led by experienced coaches
Each day combines leadership opportunities, skill-building activities, and supervised opportunities to assist with camp sessions. Teens gain responsibility at a pace that suits them, building confidence and resilience while discovering what they’re capable of. It’s perfect for those considering future work with children, coaching, Duke of Edinburgh, or simply wanting a more purposeful holiday experience.

Young Leaders finish the week with real achievements, boosted self-belief, and a certificate recognising their contribution and learning. It’s a fun, meaningful step towards becoming a role model - and an exciting way to spend the holidays. Our next young leader camps are our Winter Camps 2025. As the parent of a young leader, you can choose which venue they attend. Young Leader Camps are £20.00 for the day.
