Primary School Workshops
We have an exciting range of workshops available to schools. You can run workshops at your school to support themes throughout the year, enrich pupils development or simply to enhance your curriculum.

Our Workshops are predominantly available for the morning periods, however we may be able to squeeze in the afternoon depending on availibility.
PE ESCAPE ROOMS
Students are given escape room scenarios, describing situations they must try and escape from such as 'The Zombie Invasion'. Children are provided with decoder sheets, skill challenges and fitness challenges to try and crack the code to escape! Our PE Escape Room workshops are great for Team Building and promoting healthy lifestyles.

PE Escape rooms are recommended for Key Stage 2 students. You can have us in for a one off Taster Workshop or book a 6 week block.

£300.00 for a 6 week block .
(This covers a 2 hour morning session, one hour each for two classes).
Mini Medics
Our Mini Medics course is a fantastic way to introduce basic first aid to children. Children receive a work book to work through during the sessions. The course can be completed over a 3 hour session for one group. Or you could choose to split this into 3 one hour sessions for one class and 3 one or sessions for another. We recommend Mini Medics for years 4, 5 and 6.

Scooter WISE
The Scooter Wise programme provides you with a sustainable activity to teach primary school children from Year 1 to Year 4, how to ride a scooter safely so that they can enjoy the freedom and fun that riding a scooter provides.
The Scooter Wise programme develops any child’s ability to scoot safely through a range of games and fun activities. The programme is also a great introduction to road safety.
Their are also many physical and fitness benefits for the children too!

Balanceability
Balanceability is the UK's first afPE Approved Learn to Cycle programme for children aged 2½ years and upwards. The programme consists of structured session plans and other resources which are available to schools, leisure centres and local authorities.
Balanceability combines unique ergonomic balance bikes with a schedule of fun activities that build confidence, spatial-awareness and dynamic balance skills, enabling young children to cycle without ever needing stabilisers. 94% of children aged 4 to 6 years old are able to safely ride a pedal bike at the end of the programme.

Mini Mental
Health
A short programme that looks at basic mental health understanding that includes the completion of a work book and a certificate at the end.
​
We recommend the programme for year 4,5 & 6 and children will look at things like how mental health i linked to physical health, and understanding emotions and feelings.
